Self Worth ~ a practice of discovery

updated april 2011 by nicole ward / guru karam kaur

Self Worth means different things to different people... and this workshop explores the nature of spiritual growth and how to effectively cultivate the radiant being within each of us. This practice was developed by Senior Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainer and social activist Sat Santokh Singh of Creating Our Future. As a trained guide in Self Worth, i provide a safe and comfortable anchor for students as they journey through this amazing self discovery process...

During the self-discovery process, students are encouraged to look at lifelong habits and patterns of behavior that effect the treatment an management of their life and make changes where appropriate.The process itself integrates kundalini yoga, deep relaxation, mantra, and guided imagery as tools for developing, healing, and maintaining a healthy and happy sense of self. Acknowledging our sense of self and identifying the impact that image has on our life is a powerful tool in helping us move forward.The earlier we start establishing a foundation ~ the further we can grow!!!

This practice is recommended for anyone on the spiritual path wanting to connect with the pure innocence of the soul. It is especially helpful for those Healing the Wounds of Life. Having guided many experienced seekers through this process, i myself deeply appreciate the rewards and benefits of this practice - going through the process once or twice each year. Immerse yourself in a day-long workshop or full length weekend of truth, and in this workshop you'll discover...

you will be able to:

* Acknowledge the wounds and scars you have received to your sense of self
* Identify the resulting impact on your life
* Become clear on what negative self images you are carrying
* Release these negative self-images

you will develop tools & techniques to deal with:

* Feelings of self-doubt and "not good enough"
* Questioning whether you have something to offer that could contribute to or be an example to others
* Seeing a clear goal or vision for your life but fearing that you will not be able to manifest it
